Clip Maker 4000 turns one long recording into short, captioned videos you can post. The captions come from a transcript you provide — they’re never auto-guessed, so they’re exact.

How it works, in three steps

Step 1: Add your episode audio
Upload an audio file, or search for your podcast and pick an episode.
Step 2: Add the transcript
Paste or upload the written words. We sync them to the audio so captions land on the exact moment each word is spoken.
Step 3: Pick clips and export
We suggest the most shareable moments. Choose the ones you like, set the look, and export finished videos.

What is “word sync”?

Word sync is the one-time step where we figure out the exact second each word in your transcript is spoken in the audio — that’s what lets captions appear in perfect time and lets us cut clips on clean word boundaries. It runs once per episode and takes roughly a quarter of the episode’s length.

The tabs inside a project

Scan: Scan the episode for clip ideas. Choose how long they should be and, optionally, a theme — then get a ranked list scored on how shareable each moment is.
Saved clips: Your saved clips. Open one to fine-tune the look and export it as a video.
Ask AI: Describe the look you want in plain English (“moody vertical with purple bars”). The AI proposes a style you can apply to a saved clip or save as a template.
Transcript: Review the words and timings. Re-sync if you change the transcript.

Words you’ll see

Episode: One recording — a single show, interview, or talk.
Shape: The video’s proportions: Vertical (phones — TikTok, Reels, Shorts), Horizontal (YouTube), or Square (feed posts).
Clip length: Short (under 30s, one line), Standard (30–90s, the usual viral length), or Long (multi-minute segments).
Audio animation: The moving graphic that reacts to the sound — bars, waveform, and so on. Pick None for a clean clip.
Export: Producing the finished video file you can download and post.
Template: A saved look (animation + colors + logo + caption style) you can reuse on any future clip in one click.
Brand kit: A saved logo + color palette you can apply to a clip.
Intro / Outro: An optional opener before, or closer after, the clip — a title card, image, or short video.
